Product Description
These protective welding gloves, complying with CE marking (type A), are specifically adapted to tungsten inert gas welding (TIG). These welder protection gloves are naturally comfortable and feature special dexterity and versatility properties making them suitable for a wide range of applications: mechanics, industrial maintenance, welding works, automotive industry and subcontracting, metallurgy and metal processing…
Discover the advantages of our welding protective gloves made of leather:
They are very efficient to protect your hands against molten metal splashes, short exposures to flames, convective heat, heat contact and UV rays emitted by the welding arc. Moreover, they protect against mechanical damage. These protection welding gloves are made of goatskin leather providing more flexibility than cowhide leather, as well as more robustness than lambskin leather.
However, for more protection against heat during the welding operation, they are equipped with a safety cuff measuring 13.5 cm. These welding gloves provide both flexibility and safety.
In compliance with the 2016/425/EU regulation on protective clothing, these gloves have been successfully tested by the laboratory Intertek with following results:
EN 12477, welding protection: Type A 413X4X
Fire resistance: 4 / 4
Heat contact resistance: 1 / 4
Convective heat resistance: 3 / 4
Molten metal splashes resistance: 4 / 4
EN 388, mechanical protection: 2111
Abrasion resistance: 2 / 4
Cutting resistance: 1 / 4
Tear strength: 1 / 4
Puncture resistance: 1 / 4
EN 420, dexterity test : 4
